How to use Canesbalance It is advisable to use Canesbalance in the evening before going to bed, using the applicator provided in the package. Twist the end of the applicator, sit in a comfortable position, preferably on your back with your legs apart and slightly bent, and gently insert the applicator into the vagina as far as is comfortable. Press the applicator gently to release the gel. Withdraw the applicator while continuing to press. It may be helpful to use a daily pad for your underwear if you experience light leakage.
