Instructions for heating in the microwave Remove the cover and place the inner bag flat in a clean, microwave-safe container. The heat mask can also be heated with the cover on. Heat for a maximum of 30 seconds at a power output of 700 to 850 watts. Heat for a maximum of 15 seconds at 851 to 1000 watts. Instructions for heating in the oven Remove the cover and lay the inner bag flat in a clean, oven-safe container. Heat in a preheated oven at 150°C (conventional oven) or 140°C (fan oven) for 7-10 minutes. The same time applies to gas mark 2. The heating time may need to be adjusted depending on the ovens power. Temperature check Always check the temperature of the eye heat mask before use by holding it against the inside of your wrist. If the mask is too hot, let it cool for 1-2 minutes and test again.
