A pronounced chocolate note rounds off the taste. We primarily use Arabica and particularly prized Robusta highland beans from India in this roast, creating a truly special selection. No. 1 was developed specifically for the Lufthansa First Class Lounge. Only fully ripened highland beans are hand-picked, carefully processed, and professionally roasted at low temperatures using a long-term process: for an overwhelming abundance of aroma and excellent digestibility. We have always used exclusively organically grown coffee beans. From coffee farms and origins that strive for a lasting balance between people and nature.
