Biotech Hydro Whey Zero contains 92% protein, almost no sugars, and provides 23.5g of protein, of which 5g are BCAAs, per serving. Hydrolyzed whey protein isolate (WPH) is a pre-digested and partially hydrolyzed protein powder. During hydrolysis, special enzymes are used to break down protein chains into shorter peptides, resulting in faster digestion and absorption of the given type.
