Tsounati, is a local Cretan olive variety that develops quickly and gives us small to medium sized olives. Its requirements for good soil and proper care are well covered in the mountainous areas of Chania where it grows. It can be found at altitudes of up to 1,000 meters above sea level and offers us an excellent oil, with a rich content of polyphenols and a special taste.How to use: In salads, when preparing vegetables, sauces, meat, fish or consumed as such, as well as cosmetic recipes and food diets.
