Replace 1 or 2 meals a day with 1 or 2 sachets respectively. Pour about 200 ml – 250 ml (depending on the desired consistency) of water into a container and add the contents of the sachet. Stir the mixture vigorously for 20 seconds, using a fork or a shaker cup, until completely dissolved. If desired, you can heat it uncovered in the microwave for 1 minute. Let it rest for a minute and then savor it slowly.
