Using Bilsom® 303/304 earplugs Bilsom® 303/304 earplugs are disposable foam earplugs. To use, gently roll the plug between your thumb and forefinger into a slim shape. Then, with your free hand, gently pull your ear upwards to open the ear canal and insert the plug with a gentle twisting motion. Hold your finger on the plug until it has fully expanded. Test in an environment with a noise level below 80 dB(A) to ensure the plug seals well and there are no leaks. If the earplugs dont fit properly, try a different size. To ensure the correct size, choose the one that fits best. If none of the sizes fit, consider another Howard Leight hearing protection solution before entering a noisy environment. Hearing protection should be worn continuously in noisy environments.
