Ingredients: Bergamot essential oil (Citri bergami aetheroleum), obtained by cold pressing from the peel of the ripe fruits of Citrus bergamia ssp. bergamia. Biochemical profile: limonene, linalyl acetate. Administration method: Internal use: The recommended amount of oil is mixed with a teaspoon of honey or syrup. It is used for 7-14 days. It can be repeated after a break of 2 weeks. Children 5-6 years: 1-2 drops 3 times a day. Children 7-14 years: 3-4 drops 3 times a day. Adults: 5 drops 3 times a day. External use: Inhalations: 3-4 drops of essential oil: - put them in a bowl of hot water and inhale for 5-10 minutes while leaning over the bowl with your head covered with a towel; - it is diffused in the room with the help of a diffuser or sprayer; - apply on a tissue or cotton disk.
