The BIO Band Collar is a natural product made with essential oils and neem extract that provide repellent properties against fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes. It is a waterproof and repellent collar specially designed to protect dogs from insect bites and infestations, including mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, lice, and sand flies. The collar is effective for 3 months. However, it is specially formulated to repel insects and prevent ectoparasite bites, so some ticks may remain attached to the animal. It is not deactivated by water or moisture and does not impair the animals sense of smell. The BIO Band collar contains Margosa extract (Neem oil), known for its insect-repellent properties, and Lavandin oil, which provides a pleasant fragrance while also possessing repellent properties. Thanks to its manufacturing process, this necklace ensures a continuous release of Margosa and Lavandin extract. Instructions The collar can be used on puppies over 3 months old. Place the collar around the animals neck without tightening it, leaving enough space to still fit two fingers between the neck and the collar. Any excess length should be cut off. For adolescent and growing animals, check from time to time that the collar maintains the correct looseness. The collar should be put on before infestation and replaced every 3 months.
