Liquid branched chain amino acids ( BCAA ), representing the most important group of amino acids because they maintain a positive nitrogen balance, manage muscle tissues through anti-catabolic effects during dietary regimes. Studies have shown that a lack of branched chain amino acids associated with demands intense of the body can lead to the cannibalization of muscle tissues in order to be able to respond to the increased demand of nitrogen from the body. Among the functions of branched chain amino acids, we can mention assisting the transport of dietary lipids to cells for energy, stimulating the pituitary gland to secrete growth hormone, mobilizing fatty acids, and supplying nitrogen to the body.
