Bach flower remedies help people who are struggling with such feelings and obsessions, generating a feeling of inner and outer cleansing that allows them to live more peacefully. It is also used by people with dermatological conditions such as acne and allergies that stem from their extreme emotional state. It comes in a 20 ml presentation. Who is it for? It is indicated for people with low self-esteem or an obsession with cleanliness and order who need to regain their emotional peace and, therefore, recover their physical health. Instructions for use It is recommended to place two drops of the essence directly in the mouth or diluted in a glass of water and take it four times a day. Alternatively, it is recommended to place two drops of this essence in a glass of water and sip it throughout the day, until the glass is finished in the evening. It should be taken between meals to maintain its effectiveness. Alternatively, you can add four drops of the product to water in a spray bottle and, instead of ingesting it, spray it on your body and into the air several times a day. If you want to use it in the shower, add 20 drops of the product to a warm bath, soak for 20 minutes, then pat your skin dry. It is recommended to go to bed after the bath to continue absorbing the benefits of the essential oil. You can also add 1 to 10 drops to your favorite cream or lotion and use it daily.
