Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming, or toweling off. Do not stay in the sun too long, even if you are using sunscreen. Too much sun is dangerous. Avoid sun exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. Wear protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, t-shirt, etc.).
