The support material of the dressing is made of elemental silver in a sheath of polyamide fibers - impregnated with an ointment based on triglycerides that does not contain active substances. The thin, soft and stretchy material ensures good contact with the wound surface. Its outer layer and the addition of ointment prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound, so it can be changed without trauma. The ointment additionally cares for the edges of the wound and ensures their elasticity. The dressing is characterized by a high degree of permeability to air and water vapor, as well as to wound secretions.
