Product features: Atrauman Ag The silver-containing ointment compress with antibacterial properties Silver-impregnated ointment dressings made of hydrophobic polyamide mesh tulle, the fibers of which are coated with elemental silver, providing microbiological action against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria upon direct contact. Impregnated with a neutral ointment base without the addition of petrolatum or other paraffins. Exudate-permeable, exceptionally soft and easily draped, non-adherent to the wound. Microbiologically effective for at least 7 days. The ointment base contains: a mixture of natural, plant-based fatty acids bound as di- and triglycerides, and macrogol 2000. Application: For the treatment of superficial wounds, as well as for supplementary use in the treatment of germ-laden or infected wounds and for infection prophylaxis.
