Atocard DETERGENT A gentle, amphoteric, amine-free cleanser, specially formulated for the cleansing of eczema in general and chronic conditions (atopic dermatitis) in particular. Targeted cleansing for the treatment of erythema, itching, dry skin and bacterial superinfections (complications of eczema). How to use: Pour the cleanser onto the affected areas of the body and massage until a light foam forms, leave on for a few minutes, then rinse and repeat the application.
