Twist off the cap of the vial (do not pull). Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull down your lower eyelid with a finger of your free hand. Hold the vial as vertically as possible, with the dropper tip pointing downwards, over your eye. Ensure the vial does not touch your eye to prevent possible injury or damage. Then, gently squeeze the vial to release one drop. Then close your eye and slowly move your eyeball back and forth to optimally distribute the drop on the surface of the eye.
