AROMATOIL SAGE Description (Salvia officinalis) is a plant in the Laminaceae family. Its essential oil contains thujone, cineol, borneol, linalool, beta-terpineol, and beta-caryophyllene. Sage promotes normal digestive and liver function, combats menopausal symptoms, regulates sweating, and protects cellular constituents from oxidative damage. As a tonic, it is useful for states of physical and mental fatigue.
