Properties of Aptus Attapectin Vet, 30 tablets: The active ingredients of Attapectin are attapulgite and pectin, which protect the walls of the gastrointestinal tract and bind to bacterial toxins and intestinal fermentation products and transport them through the gastrointestinal tract. In long-term treatment, attapulgite and pectin also bind to useful agents, such as concomitant medication, vitamins or iron. For this reason, Attapectin is recommended to be administered at least 3 hours after medication.
