Product description Apteo Sea Water Hypertonic Decongestant, 100 ml Destiny – cleansing the nasal cavities and sinuses during colds and runny noses, – unblocking the nose and sinuses during hay fever and allergies, – helpful in sinusitis and infection conditions. Intended use of the product Hypertonic seawater is used to improve nasal and sinus congestion. The natural, hypertonic seawater solution contained in the product cleanses the nasal cavity and sinuses and reduces swelling of the nasal and sinus mucosa, leading to unclogging of the nasal passages and sinus openings. Status Medical device Dosage and method of use: Remove the protective cap from the applicator, then gently insert the tip into each nostril and press for 1-2 seconds. The container can be used at any angle. After each use, wash the applicator with soap and rinse with lukewarm water. This product is intended for children over 3 years of age and adults. Consult a doctor before using this product in children under 3 years of age. Children over 3 years of age: 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril 2 to 3 times a day. Adults: 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril 2 to 3 times daily. Contraindications and warnings: Hypersensitivity (allergy) to the products ingredients. Intranasal product; avoid contact with eyes. Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the packaging. Do not use if the immediate packaging is damaged. For hygiene reasons and to avoid the transmission of infection, it is recommended that only one product be used by one person. To maintain the products properties, do not tamper with the applicator. In case of diseases manifesting as narrowing of the respiratory tract (e.g., asthma, bronchitis, etc.), consult a physician before administering Hypertonic Seawater. In case of irritated nasal mucosa, a burning sensation may occur during the use of Hypertonic Seawater, which is a normal symptom when using products containing sea salt. If in doubt, contact a physician or pharmacist. Any serious incident involving the product should be reported to the Manufacturer and the Competent Authority of the Member State in which the user or patient resides. Pressurized container: may explode if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other sources of ignition. Do not burn. Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
