Boil drinking water for the preparation of milk for 5 minutes, then let it cool down to about 40°C. Pour into the prepared container (bottle/water bottle) the amount of boiled and cooled water, required according to the dosage for one meal. Dose the powder with the spoon inside the package. Add the powder according to the dosage table in the prepared container (bottle/cup). Close the container and shake vertically and vigorously for 10 seconds. It is very important to respect the method and time of stirring to properly dissolve the powder.
