To obtain a gel 1) Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass. If desired, flavor to taste. 2) Add about 30 ml of cold water. Mix well for about 10 seconds. 3) To obtain a creamy gel, let it sit for about 2 minutes. The reconstituted gel can be taken as is with a teaspoon or mixed with other permitted foods. For best results, whenever possible, it should be prepared and consumed immediately. If necessary, the reconstituted product can be refrigerated for 24 hours and stirred well before use. To get a drink. 1) Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass. If desired, flavor to taste. 2) Add about 80 ml of cold water. Mix well for about 10 seconds. 3) Drink immediately.
