Precautions before use The anginetten® throat spray junior should not be used if: You or your child may be hypersensitive to one of the ingredients. You or your child have a chronic cough due to chronic bronchitis, asthma, emphysema or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or if large amounts of mucus are produced when coughing. You or your child have a persistent or recurring cough caused by heartburn or an upset stomach. Medical advice required Consult a doctor if: You or your child suffer from diabetes (3 sprays correspond to approximately 0.05 BE). The cough worsens during treatment. Persistent cough with heavy mucus production and/or high fever occurs. Prolonged hoarseness or voice problems may occur. You or your child have severe difficulty swallowing. You or your child notice an unpleasant effect after using the spray. Application Shake well before use. Rotate the nozzle so that the tip points upwards. Hold the elephant ears so that the small part of the ears points downwards, then slide the ring over the nozzle, around the bend of the connector and to the end of the spray head. Press down until you hear a click. Rotate the nozzle horizontally so that it is parallel to the ground and remove the transparent cap from the end of the nozzle. Spray directly into the back of the throat. Spray 2 to 3 times every 3 hours or as needed. Replace the cap after use.
