Aluneb NASAL GEL Description Gel based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid in the form of hyalurosomes, panthenol and vitamin E with a humectant and hydrating action, indicated for dryness and inflammation of the nasal mucosa. The gel is characterized by high mucoadhesiveness and prolonged permanence in situ, properties thanks to which it represents an adequate complement to replenish the liquid film that covers the nasal mucosa. - Hyaluronic acid keeps the nasal mucosa hydrated and promotes repair processes. It forms a protective and hydrating layer with a barrier effect. - Panthenol, in addition to its well-known moisturizing properties, has an emollient and soothing effect. It is essential for maintaining the normal function of epithelial cells, especially during the regeneration phases. - Vitamin E has antioxidant properties. Thanks to its innovative, patented formulation, based on a new lipid-polymer technology (hyalurosomes) with hyaluronic acid, it enhances the hydrating, re-epithelializing, emollient, soothing, and antioxidant properties of the formulations components. Directions: - nasal irritation from rhinorrhea due to colds and various forms of rhinitis; - dryness and atrophy of the nasal mucosa caused by pathological conditions (allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis); - consequences of nosebleeds, even of traumatic origin; - side effects caused by pharmacological treatments (decongestants, cortisone, antihistamines) or by contact with external irritants (dust, smoke, smog, pollen, microorganisms); - postoperative nasal surgery; - endoscopic examinations and/or tamponade maneuvers; - hypersensitivity resulting from prolonged use of oxygen therapy devices; - prevention and treatment of cold-induced cracks in the perinasal areas. How to use Apply 3 or 4 times daily, as needed. Use for up to 30 consecutive days or as directed by your doctor. 1. Perform a thorough nose cleansing. 2. Open the tube and insert the nozzle into one nostril. Apply a dose of gel by gently pressing the tube. Repeat in the other nostril. 3. Perform a light external massage at the base of the nose to evenly distribute the product inside the nasal cavities. 4. Clean the spout and close the container tightly after use. If irritation occurs in the perinasal area, also apply the product to the skin around the nostrils. If taking medications such as decongestants, corticosteroids, and antihistamines, apply the product at least 30 minutes after treatment. Frequency of use: The duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms. If necessary it can be administered for a prolonged period. Warnings Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest. Do not use if the packaging is damaged. Do not use after the expiration date. Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting a doctor. Use, especially if prolonged, of all topical products may cause sensitization. If this occurs, discontinue use and consult your doctor to establish appropriate therapy. There are no known interactions of the device and its metabolites with other devices, medications, or substances, nor are there any contraindications, adverse side effects, or risks related to overdose.
