The formula includes fennel, galangal, cloves, cardamom, allspice, gentian, and cinnamon, as well as essential oils of bitter orange, lemon, juniper berries, ginger, angelica, and anise. Thanks to its liquid form, Afra Balsam can be individually dosed and easily integrated into daily life. Please note that the product contains licorice and has an alcohol content of approximately 37% by volume. Application and consumption recommendation Afra Balsam is intended as a dietary supplement for oral use. The recommended intake is 1–2 teaspoons up to 3 times daily after meals, if needed.
