Product features: AeroChamber Plus Flow-Vu Antistatic inhalation aid with mouthpiece Purpose of use: The AeroChamber Plus Flow-Vu enables easy and safe inhalation with a metered-dose inhaler prescribed by your doctor. The aerosol is delivered into the antistatic chamber of the AeroChamber Plus Flow-Vu (6 units) and can be easily inhaled there without having to coordinate breathing and triggering the inhaler. Before each use: This inhalation aid can be used directly from the packaging. Make sure you have read these instructions and the user manual supplied with the metered-dose inhaler. Carefully check the chamber before each use and remove any foreign objects. Replace any damaged or missing parts immediately. Using your inhaler: Remove the caps from the inhaler and the metered-dose inhaler. Shake the metered-dose inhaler immediately before use, according to the enclosed instructions for use. Insert the metered-dose inhaler into the back of the inhaler. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and seal your lips around it to create an effective seal. Exhale and then release a puff at the start of inhalation. Breathe in slowly and deeply through the spacer until you have taken a full breath. Hold your breath for 5 to 10 seconds before exhaling. Or, exhale and then release a puff at the start of a slow breath. Breathe in and out through the spacer for 2 to 3 breaths, keeping your lips tightly closed around the mouthpiece. Cleaning instructions: The AeroChamber Plus Flow-Vu can be used immediately and should then be cleaned weekly. Remove the back section. To remove the front section, turn the inhaler as shown. Remove the mouthpiece cap. Soak the parts for 15 minutes in a solution of a little dish soap and lukewarm, clean water. Gently move them back and forth. Rinse the parts with clean water. You can also place the parts in the top rack of the dishwasher. Make sure the product is securely positioned facing upwards. Run the dishwasher on a normal or light cycle and avoid heated drying. Shake off excess water and allow the parts to air dry in a vertical position. Ensure the parts are completely dry before reassembling. To assemble, attach the front piece to the end of the inhaler and twist firmly until it locks into place. The protective cap should always be placed on the mouthpiece when the inhaler is not in use. Align the alignment mark on the back piece with the Flow/Vu/Respiration Indicator. Press firmly to ensure the back piece is securely in place. Notes: If you have any questions about the function or use of the AeroChamber Plus Flow-Vu spacer, please consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not boil or sterilize the product. The product should be replaced after 12 months of use. Contains no latex, bisphenol A (BPA), phthalates, lead, or PVC. Do not share this medical device with another person. Remove any medication residue from the spacer with a soft cloth. Washing with heavily soiled dishes is not recommended. If cleaning in a dishwasher, use a rinse aid. Precautions: Caution: Do not leave children unattended with the AeroChamber Plus Flow-Vu inhaler. Do not sterilize or boil.
