Apply generously and evenly 20-30 minutes before sun exposure; applying less leads to a significant reduction in protection. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming. PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS External use. Do not ingest. Shake well before use. Do not expose children under 3 years of age to the sun.
