It is recommended to apply the product 20-30 minutes before sun exposure. Repeat as desired, preferably after 2 hours or after swimming. PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not expose children under 3 years of age to the sun.
