In addition, through the same mechanism, Policaptil Gel Retard limits fat absorption, promotes intestinal transit and regulates stool consistency. INDICATIONS: Libramed, in combination with a balanced diet, adequate fluid intake and regular physical activity, is indicated for weight control in adults and children aged 8 years and over, due to its mechanism of action. HOW TO USE: Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 3 tablets before the two main meals Children aged 8 to 12 years: 2 tablets before the two main mealsThe recommended dose should be taken with a full glass of water, ensuring that each tablet is swallowed separately. Avoid chewing or crushing the tablet with your teeth . In case of difficulty swallowing, you can dissolve Libramed tablets in lukewarm water or unsweetened herbal teas, stirring until completely dissolved.
