Dries and soothes irritations with serous secretion. Soak a sterile compress with this lotion and apply it to moist skin lesions or spray directly 2 to 3 times a day. It will soothe irritated skin and dry the lesion so that it no longer releases fluid. Caring for the umbilical stump until it dries and falls off. Use on irritated lesions with secretion: diaper dermatitis, intertrigo, the area between the toes. Suitable for skin rashes (chickenpox).
