The amount of fig has been increased and the amount of date reduced, thus controlling the glycemic index so that they provide energy but reduce insulin spikes. A bar contains between 124-175 kcal and 15-25 g of carbohydrates depending on the flavor. They contain pumpkin seeds that give consistency to the texture and provide healthy fats and proteins.
