Isotonic Drink is the perfect beverage to consume during workouts of less than 90 minutes, for hydration and replenishment of mineral salt stores before competitions, and for recovery of mineral salt levels after physical exercise. It also provides approximately 17g of carbohydrates per serving, derived from potato starch amylopectin, which offers significant advantages over other commonly used ingredients: gastric emptying up to 80% faster; glycogen replenishment up to 70% faster due to its high bioavailability; and 100mg of beta-alanine, which delays the onset of fatigue.
